Start by opening up Outlook and selecting the Outlook tab in the top left…

Now insert your email address and click Continue…

In the options please select the IMAP button…

Make sure that IMAP is selected and then insert your Email, Password and Username that has been provided by a member of our team…

Please fill in the additional fields with the information below. Make sure that both SSL tick boxes are checked. The Incoming Server is imap.1and1.co.uk and the port is 993. The Outgoing Server is auth.smtp.1and1.co.uk and the port is 587. Now click on the Add Account button…

You email should now be connected. Simply click Done to complete the process.
