Tall Zebra had been tasked with creating a modern property brochure for a new development that was launching in London, near Canary Wharf. As the brochure is going to be viewed both in the UK and overseas, it needed to be as detailed as possible with some good floor plans and details of the surrounding area.
By creating an initial draft of the written copy, design layout, colour schemes, floorplans and local amenities map gave a clear understanding to the client that the end result was on track with what they wanted to achieve. After collaborating with the client and applying some minor amendments we were given the approval to take into a second round and then final sign-off.
Initial drafts are done with all of our design work and help with efficient turnaround times to ensure that we can meet even the shortest deadlines.
