It can be easy to put your own marketing on the backburner and focus on property marketing for clients, but there are lots of ways you can increase estate agency sales for little cost.
Get yourself listed on Google.
This is a must!
You can’t thrive from just word of mouth and local sales anymore. Google my business is simple and quick to set up! Using google my business you can send review links to your previous clients to get some instant testimonials on there. Send out review links to recent clients to prompt them.
Don’t only focus on completions, look at clients who have recently accepted offers, or exchanged as they will be happy and likely to leave a positive review.
Focus on two social channels.
Your demographic should determine the social pages you focus on the most, if you’re a student letting agent you should stick to TikTok and Instagram. If you’re a high-end sales agent we’d suggest Facebook, maybe even LinkedIn.
It is important not to neglect other channels and make sure to thread through valuable information to them, just ensure that you have two main socials that are always up to date so your clients and potential clients know where they can find your content.
